In partnership with the Yacht Club de Monaco's La Belle Classe Academy, we offer training courses tailored to your needs and customised to suit your requirements in the heart of the Principality.
Monaco Coastal Licence
The coastal licence is the entry level in the world of boating and is required to register a power craft in Monaco.

It allows you to sail within 5 nautical miles of a shelter along the coastline.
​
The Monegasque coastal licence involves theoretical training and practical experience of boating to prepare you for the theoretical and practical exams and assist you in your future sailing adventures.
Offshore Licence
The offshore licence will allow you to travel beyond 5 nautical miles with your motorboat without any distance restrictions.

The training course, which lasts approximately one and a half months, prepares you for chart navigation and teaches you about currents and tides.
Certificat Restreint Radio (French Exam)
This certificate is very useful and can easily be prepared independently.

It allows you to use radio equipment on board ships and, under certain conditions, enables you to obtain a French licence equivalent to the Monegasque licence.
